From the start, she was courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and very responsive to questions and concerns.
But I really appreciated her experience and communication style when what should've been a straightforward purchase of a newer home became much more complicated. The home inspection (always get one done!) by somebody she recommended found a major plumbing issue that would require, at a minimum, ALL the fittings in a larger house to be replaced. I considered walking away but I really loved the house, so I forged ahead into unknown territory.
After I made the decision to go ahead, Brittany immediately contacted plumbers and water systems specialists and talked to them herself, and then gave me their numbers so that we could both understand what needed to happen and ask the important questions. She liaised back and forth between us and the sellers’ agent many times to bring about a deal that was acceptable to all (this was difficult, as you can imagine!). She then checked up and reported back to me about the work being done to ensure it was being carried out properly and according to the agreement by both parties.
In short, she made the purchase of the home possible.
I can't thank her enough, and can't recommend her highly enough. She was focused on helping me succeed in finding the home I wanted, which was only possible because I had her on my side.
